The Birmingham City Ladies football team will be the first of the club’s sides to wear kits from their new technical sponsor adidas.
While the men’s team will continue to wear their Carbrini 2015/16 uniforms for the rest of the Football League Championship season, the BCFC Ladies will don their 2016 adidas home and away kits starting with their March 20th FA Women’s Super League season opener against Arsenal.
Unveiled on Monday, the Birmingham City 2016 women’s home and away shirts use current designs from adidas. The home jersey is in The Blues traditional blue with a diagonal block of navy blue and a white stripes appearing near its bottom. The change kit is red with a series of tonal stripes running along its front. The alternate design is being worn by a slew of adidas clubs during the ongoing season.
