Co-owned by Italy and AC Milan legend Paolo Maldini, Miami FC kick off their inaugural in early 2016 as part of the North American Soccer League (NASL).
The on the field look of the league’s second South Florida-based team was revealed on Thursday night with the launch of their 2016 home, away and third kits from Italian sportswear firm Macron.
The Miami FC 2016 home jersey has an Art Deco-inspired nautical aqua base an orange collar and sleeves. The away shirt is all white with sky sky accenting while the third kit is a deep “electric” blue with a lighter shade of blue used for its collar. All three jerseys use a Y-neck design from Macron that made its debut back in 2014.
Miami FC is managed by Maldini’s AC Milan and Italy back four counterpart Alessandro Nesta. The club has signed former Tottenham Hotspur and Stoke City midfielder Wilson Palacios and Jamaican international Dane Richards.
