Slovenia 2024/25 Nike Home and Away Kits

The Nogometna zveza Slovenije (NZS) has unveiled the highly anticipated 2024/25 Nike home and away kits that the Slovenian national football team will wear while competing at the UEFA Euro 2024 in Germany. These new jerseys hold special significance as they mark Slovenia’s return to the European Championship stage after a 24-year absence. 

With the design of the Slovenia 2024/25 Nike kits, the NZS prioritized recognizability, opting to retain the core elements that made the previous jersey so iconic. The centerpiece remains the stylized Triglav mountain peak emblazoned on the chest, a symbol that has become synonymous with Slovenian football. Below Triglav, there is dedicated space for the player’s number, and beneath that, the distinctive patterning from the previous kit.

A notable addition to the new design is the inclusion of a commemorative area above the Triglav symbol, allowing for special match details to be printed, thus enhancing the collectible value of each jersey. The NZS has emphasized that these kits bear no resemblance to any Slovenian club jersey, ensuring that the national team’s identity remains distinct and unique.

Continuity and tradition are evident in the kits’ home white and away blue color scheme and symbolism, which have remained unchanged since 1991. The Triglav emblem retains its familiar form, while the red heart symbol serves as a reminder for the players to compete with passion and pride, fostering a sense of unity between the team and their fans.
