Pelé Sports Vented Stripe Gameday Tops

The soccer style and boots experts at Pelé Sports have released a couple of new additions to their Summer 2012 collection that should take players and fans alike into the Fall 2012 season. They are the functionally brilliant and ultra-stylish Vented Solid Stripe and Vented Stripe Gameday Tops.

Here is a world exclusive, detailed look at both. They will be available at soccer.com, Kitbag, World Soccer Shop and local soccer shops near you.

Vented Stripe Gameday Top

Suitable for training, a great match jersey or even casual use, the Pelé Sports Vented Solid Stripe Gameday Top uses a lightweight polyester fabric that combines satin-like stripes with breathable mesh stripes. This results in a shirt that not only readily absorbs and dissipates sweat but keeps you cool via airflow through the mesh areas.

The combination of the mesh and satin stripes gives a subtle classic soccer shirt hooped look that shows up on every color of the shirt that we’ve seen — white, red and black. It is completed by a rounded neckline and at Pelé Sports’ now well-known signature logo and Pelada badge.

Vented Solid Stripe GameDay Top

The Pelé Sports Vented Solid Stripe builds upon the design of the Vented Stripe Gameday Top with the addition of more colors and accents.

As cooling, comfortable and functional as the Vented Stripe Gameday Top, the Solid Strip shirt features colored stripes for an even more pronounced classic footie look reminiscent of kits worn by teams such as Celtic FC, Queens Park Rangers and FC Dallas.

The Vented Stripe Pelé shirt includes the brand’s signature star and cross around the Pelada badge in raised felt while there is a screen printed target ideal for the placement of a player number on the back. Finally, left waist area of the jersey includes Pelé Sports’ patented three symbol print of a soccer ball, star and target. What this all amounts too is a jersey that would make one of the better looking 2012/13 match kits around right now. We’d love to see a professional team rocking them!
