One of the hometown clubs of Argentine stars Lionel Messi and Ángel Di María, Rosario Central are now in the third year of their kit deal with Nike.
Nicked “El Canalla” (The Scoundrel), Rosario Central unveiled their 2017 home and away kits away of Friday’s pre-season friendly with Universidad Católica de Chile.
Worn during the match with UC, the new shirt is features Rosario Central’s customary dark blue and yellow vertical stripes. Its sleeves, shoulders and most of its back are in dark blue. The jersey has a rounded collar with the year of Rosario’s founding, 1889, stamped on its outside back.
The Rosario Central 2017 away kit uses the same Nike design as the home shirt with a white base and bright yellow stripes. Further detailing on the kit is in navy blue.
Rosario Central kick off their 2017 Argentina Primera División season against Godoy Cruz at their Estadio Gigante de Arroyito on February 5th.
