Vissel Kobe 2017 Asics Home and Away Kits

Vissel Kobe had their best ever Japanese J1 season in 2016 with a seventh place finished in the league’s aggregate table.

As the club prepares for their season kickoff against Shimizu S-Pulse on February 25th, they’ve unveiled their 2017 home and away kits from Asics Japan.

In a first, the kits will be available in authentic (or player issue) and replica versions. The club has highlighted the differences between the two via a series of online pictures emphasizing the lightweight, performance focus of the material used for the authentic kits.

Vissel Kobe’s 2017 Asics home kit in in their often used claret with dark blue stripes. A tonal wave design inspired by the calm waves of the city of Kobe’s Osaka Bay appears throughout the jersey.

The Vissel Kobe 2017 away shirt is all white. Like the primary kit it features a thin vertical stripe on its back with “KOBE FOREVER FORWARD” printed on its lower portion.
