Back in France’s Ligue 1 for the first time since 1994, Angers Sporting Club de l’Ouest have emerged as one of the surprise packages of the 2015/16 season so far.
Now in sixth place in the Frech top flight of soccer, Angers SCO are wearing Kappa kits for their 15/16 season. Their new home jersey is in the traditional black and white stripes of last season’s Ligue 2 third place finishers. The Angers 2015/16 away shirt is a manly white affair with black trim on its collar and sleeves.
Both kits use a new Kappa jerey design featuring a standing collar with a y-shaped placket. Fellow Ligue 1 team Evian, England’s Leeds United and UEFA Champions League qualifiers VfL Wolfsburg are wearing kits using the same template.
