2012/13 UEFA Champions League and Europa League Semi-Final Draws

The draws for the 2012/13 editions of the UEFA Champions League and Europa League have taken place in Nyon, Switzerland.

The Champions League semi-final draw sees newly crowned German champions Bayern Munich meeting Spanish champions-elect FC Barcelona. Domestic power Borussia Dortmund and the star-studded Real Madrid meet in the other semi series.

The Road to Amsterdam is set in the UEFA Europa League with semi-final debutants Fenerbahçe SK and FC Basel 1893 being drawn against former SL Benfica and last year’s UEFA Champions League winners Chelsea FC.

For administrative purposes, a draw was made to determine who will be the designated home team for the final. The winners of the Dortmund v Madrid tie were selected first.
