Chelsea ‘Forty Two’ Limited Edition Nike Home Kit

Chelsea Football Club has released a special edition version of its 2021/22 Nike home kit commemorating last season’s UEFA Champions League title.

The jersey is called the ‘Forty Two’ kit in recognition of the minute in which Kai Havertz scored the UCL Final’s sole goal in The Blue clash with fellow Premier League side Manchester City.

The shirt is limited to 420 units and was designed by art-inspired brand Dodici Otto. It features a series of contemporary art prints including Havertz’ goal celebration, the team lined up before the match and an ode to N’Golo Kante’s man of the match award.

Popular Chelsea FC phrases such as ‘The Pride of London’ and ‘It’s a Chelsea Thing’ also appear on the jersey.
