PUMA Special Edition v1.11 & PowerCat 1.12 Munich Soccer Boots
Over the last few months PUMA’s latest soccer boots, the v1.11 and PowerCat 1.12, have made quite a splash in the professional ranks. They are currently worn by the likes of Sergio ‘Kun’ Agüero , Yaya Touré (Manchester City), Radamel Falcao (Atlético Madrid), Cesc FÃ bregas (FC Barcelona) and Mario Gómez (Bayern Munich).
With the Final of the 2011/12 UEFA Champions League looming, PUMA recently launched the latest colorways of each boot with special Munich Editions of the v1.11 and PowerCat 1.12 (both now available at the World Soccer Shop PUMA Store).
The PUMA v1.11 and PowerCat 1.12 Munich Editions feature the colors of the German state of Bavaria – the home of the city of Munich and the UEFA Champions League Final venue, the Allianz Arena. The checkered blue and white flag of Bavaria (the Rautenflagge) adorns the rear areas of both boots while the gold of Bavaria’s coat of arms is used for the PUMA swoosh and cat on the boots.
2011/12 German Bundesliga top goalscorer Mario Gómez of Bayern Munich is expected the wear the PUMA v1.11 Munich edition at the Champions League Final against Chelsea FC on Saturday, May 19th.
