Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s injury-time equalizer salvaged a 4-4 draw for Serie A leader AC Milan against Udinese at the San Siro on Sunday.

Milan went  behind 3-1 in the second half courtesy of two goals from Serie A top scorer Antonio Di Natale. However, a Mehdi Benatia own goal and Alexandre Pato’s second goal of the match in the 82nd minute left matters at 3-3.

Argentine forward German Denis appeared to have secured the win for Udinese with a goal the 84th before Ibrahimovic equalized three minutes into extra time on a pass from new signing Antonio Cassano.

AC Milan: Amelia; Abate, Bonera, Thiago Silva, Antonini; Gattuso, Seedorf (69′ Cassano), Strasser; Robinho; Pato, Ibrahimovic.
Substitutes: Roma, Yepes, Sokratis, Montelongo, Oddo, Merkel, Cassano.

Udinese: Handanovic; Benatia, Zapata, Domizzi (71′ Coda); Isla, Abdi (75′ Badu), Asamoah, Inler, Pasquale; Sanchez, Di Natale (84′ Denis).
Substitutes: Belardi, Coda, Armero, Angella, Badu, Denis, Corradi.
