Dynamo Kyiv 2021/22 New Balance Home and Away Kits

FC Dynamo Kyiv kick off their 2021/22 UEFA Champions League group stage run against Benfica on Tuesday.

The reigning Ukrainian Premier League and Cup champions are donning home and away kits from New Balance Football for the ongoing season following an extension of their deal with the American firm until the end of the 2023/24 season.

The Dynamo Kyiv 20/21 kits are modern interpretations of 1990s sportswear via their prints and bright colors. They also pay tribute to the Dynamo teams of the decade that won every Ukrainian Premier League title from 1993 to 2000 along with five Ukrainian Cups.

The white and blue home jersey and blue away shirt use a new rounded neck design from New Balance. The UEFA Champions League versions of hte kits include the Ukrainian flag on the midchest. The Dynamo Kyiv motto of “We are Kyiv” is printed on the outside upper backs.

New Balance Football general manager Kenny McCallum commented: “New Balance wanted to celebrate the golden era of FC Dynamo Kyiv by combining the traditional heritage with so-called streetwear inspired by the 1990s. Thus we’ve created exclusive home and away kits that look modern while remaining deeply connected to the history of the club and the city”.
