1. FC Nürnberg 2020 Umbro Christmas Jersey

Former German Bundesliga regular 1. FC Nürnberg has released the 2020 edition of its Christmas kit from technical sponsor Umbro.

The new shirt will be worn during this weekend’s 2. Bundesliga match against Würzburger Kickers.

Limited to 2,500 units, the 1. FC Nürnberg 2020 Christmas jersey is a crewneck affair in the club’s home wine red and black. It pays tribute to the local Yuletide specialty – the Lebkuchen gingerbread cookie with a repeated image of the delicacy across its front and back.

“1. Fußball-Club Nürnberg – seit 1900” is printed around the club crest in recognition of FCN’s 120th Anniversary. “Lebkuchenmetropole Nürnberg – seit 1395” surrounds a graphic of a Lebkuchen on the upper back to recognize the cookie’s origin in Nürnberg in 1395.
