Mexican Liga MX team were in the news today for signing now unretired USA international all-time leading goalscorer Landon Donovan.
The seven-time league champions of Mexico recently released a 2018 third jersey from longtime outfitter Pirma. The new kit is based on the home shirt worn by the club during the late 1950s.
Worn during Saturday’s 3-1 Primera win over Toluca, the Club León 2018 Pirma third jersey has a classic football shirt look with a simple v-neck, ribbed sleeve cuffs and vertical stripes in the team’s green and white. It uses a retro Club León badge to complete the vintage feel.
Club León’s 2018 third jersey will be worn with either white or green shorts and socks. The team opted for green shorts and white socks for yesterday’s match.
