Four-time Brazilian champions Club de Regatas Vasco da Gama have released their 2017/18 third kit from Umbro Brasil.
The popular Rio de Janeiro outfit will don a clever dark gray change strip for the rest of their 2017 Campeonato Brasileiro Série A campaign and throughout most of 2018.
The jersey features a bespoke design from Umbro that has a modern v-neck that leads to a flat insert at the front. The sash that is always present on Vasco’s home and away kits is made up of a series of embossed Knights Templar crosses (also used for the team’s crest) on the new third shirt.
The 90th Anniversary of Vasco da Gama’s Estádio de São Januári is celebrated by a print of the front of the stadium on the signoff area of the shirt and a commemorative stamp on the lower right front.
Back in Série A after a year in Brazil’s second division, Vasco are currently in tenth place in the league table with after twenty six matches played in the 2017 season.
