Now in the Japanese J2 League for the first time in their history, former J1 champions Nagoya Grampus are celebrating their 25th Anniversary with the release of commemorative outfield player and goalkeeper kits from technical partner Mizuno.
Both shirts use the same designs as the Mizuno jerseys worn by what what then Nagoya Grampus Eight during the 1993 J. League season. They are tailored with contemporary fits however and do not use the oversized kit looks of the 1990s.
Other minor updates to the Nagoya Grampus 2017 25th Anniversary kits are the use of Mizuno’s current logo and the latest football shirt fabric.
Nagoya Grampus has not yet announced whether their 25th Anniversary kits will be worn for any of their matches.
