Celta Vigo 2017/18 adidas Home and Away Kits

UEFA Europa League semi-finalists Real Club Celta de Vigo have dropped their home and away kits for their 2017/18 Spanish La Liga and Copa del Rey seasons. Both will be available at World Soccer Shop, Subside Sports, UK Soccer Shop and Kitbag.

The Celta de Vigo 2017/18 adidas home kit was released using the motto “From the stadium to the street”. The shirt combines with a v-neck retro design emphasizing the simplicity of some of the club’s classic shirt. It uses Celta’s traditional sky blue with red details inspired by the city of Vigo and the passion of the team’s fans.

Celta de Vigo’s 17/18 away jersey blends the classic and the modern. It maintains Celta’s tradition of black away shirts with light blue accenting. The kit uses a new adidas design that has a Mao collar with a buttoned placket. A series of of pinstripes are incorporated into the Climacool fabric of the jersey for a retro touch.

A La Liga club since 2012, Celta de Vigo finished the 2016/17 season in thirteenth place in Spain’s top tier of soccer. The team has featured well-known internationals such as Claude Makélélé (France), Giuseppe Rossi (Italy) and Míchel Salgado (Spain) over the past three decades.
