Club Universidad de Chile 2017 adidas Home Kit

Among Chile’s most successful and popular teams, Club Universidad de Chile officially presented their 2017 adidas home kit at a press conference in Santiago on Thursday.

The new “La U” primary shirt is their 90th Anniversary home jersey. This fact is recognized through golden print on its center breast reading “CLUB UNIVERSIDAD DE CHILE 1927 – 2017” with laurel containing the text “90 Años” (90 Years) sitting above it.

The 90th Anniversary Universidad de Chile home kit uses a new design from adidas that appears to be an evolution of the firm’s popular Condivo 16 template. It has a classic football shirt v-neck with pronounced sleeve cuffs and subtle pinstripes that is part of the jersey’s fabric on its front. adidas’ three stripes run down the flanks of the shirt. The kit is in Club Universidad de Chile’s traditional blue with white accenting.
