One of only four teams to have competed in every Japanese J. League Division 1 season, Nagoya Grampus have unveiled their 2015 home kit from le coq sportif.
The new look kit is of interest to many football fans since the French company has reportedly signed kit supplier deals with Italian Serie A side ACF Fiorentina and Saint-Étienne of Ligue 1 for the 2015/16 season.
The Nagoya Grampus 2015 le coq sportif home kit has is in the 2010 J. League champions’ usual red with white accents. Tonal vertical stripes are used through the shirt while the collar area is all white. A large v-shared block of white appears below the collar.
The look is reminiscent of the 2009/10 Everton FC home jersey. The uniform is completed by white shorts and red socks.
Three golden stars appear above the Nagoya Grampus crest in recognition of the club’s sole J1 and two Emperor’s Cup (1195 and 1999) titles.
