Mizuno Morelia 30th Anniversary Three Pack

Japanese sportswear firm Mizuno have released a limited edition three pack of their Morelia soccer boot in celebration of the shoe’s thirtieth anniversary.

Considered a “heritage” boot (even though there is a “speed” version in the form of its Neo version), the Morelia was first released in 1985 and has gone on to achieve near cult status from professional and amateur players alike.

Gianfranco Zola (Chelsea and Italy), Patrick Kluivert (FC Barcelona and Netherlands) and Dwight Yorke (Manchester United and Trinidad) are among the soccer legends to have worn the kangaroo leather boot. Zenit Saint Petersburg and Brazil forward Hulk is the best known player donning the Morelia nowaways.

The Mizuno Morelia 30th Anniverary Three Pack features red, white and black models of the boot from over the past three decades. They are housed in a black display case. Each has a Morelia 30th Anniversary logo printed on its outside heel area.

The pack is currently on sale in Japan. The current editions of the Mizuno Morelia II and Morelia Neo are now on sale at World Soccer Shop.
