Video: The Return of Ronaldo at Corinthians

[digg=]Brazilian legend Ronaldo (also known as “O Fenômeno”) participated in his first competitive game for 13 months last night. The 32-year-old made his debut for new club Corinthians as a 68th-minute substitute in a 2-0 win over Itumbiara. However, the injury prone striker was left with a badly bruised and swollen right eye after being struck by a microphone during post-match media scrum.

Here’s a close up look at Ronaldo on the field during last night’s match.  Wearing his famous number 9 shirt, Ronaldo had only a few touches of the ball.

Ronaldo’s last game for a Brazilian club was for Cruzeiro in 1994. Since then he has played for European giants PSV Eindhoven, FC Barcelona,  Inter Milan, Real Madrid and AC Milan.
