FC Bayern München 2017 adidas Originals Retro Jersey

adidas Originals have released the first FC Bayern München retro kit of 2017. The design of the shirt is based on the adidas template used for the German national team home and away kits of 1994 to 1996.

Changed for today’s preferred slimmer fits (as opposed to the oversized looks of the 1990s), the Bayern Munich 2017 adidas Originals retro kit is in the traditional red of Der FCB with a black and white checkered pattern on its chest area. It has a classic nineties era adidas ribbed collar in red, black and white that ends at a black checker on the upper chest. A classic adidas logo is embroidered on the right breast of the jersey. The kit is made of 100% polyester piqué.

FC Bayern never wore the adidas design used for the new retro kit back in the 1990s. The most notable club team to use the template was the talent ladened Club América of the era.
