Video: Real Madrid 5 – Granada 1 (Spanish La Liga Highlights)

Real Madrid secured top spot in the Spanish La Liga for another week with a 5-1 thrashing of promoted Granada at the Santiago Bernabeu on Saturday.

Karim Benzema opened the scoring for the hosts in the 20th before Mikel Rico equalized in the 22nd. Real Madrid responded with goals from Sergio Ramos, Gonzalo Higuaín, Benzema and Cristiano Ronaldo.

Madrid is now six points ahead of second placed FC Baecelona with 43 points from 17 matches. Barca meets local rivals Espanyol on Sunday.
