The U.S. Women’s National Team began its CONCACAF Women’s World Cup Qualifying campaign with a 5-0 victory over Haiti in Cancun, Mexico last night.

Defender Rachel Buehler notched her first career international goal before starting forwards Abby Wambach and Amy Rodriguez scored three and one respectively.

The result along with Costa Rica’s -10 win over Guatemala earlier in the evening sees Team USA sitting atop Group B. The USA meets Guatemala on Saturday at 8:30 PM local time.
