Italy international Mario Balotelli has joined English Premier League club Manchester City from Inter Milan on a five-year deal for an undisclosed fee.
The 20-year-old striker made his debut for a new look Azzuri side in a 1-0 loss to the Ivory Coast on Tuesday.
An undoubtedly talented player, Balotelli was the subject of much controversy at Inter with his time there punctuated by clashes with manager Jose Mourinho. He will be reunited with former Inter boss Roberto Mancini at City.
Manchester City also have strikers Emmanuel Adebayo, Robinho, Craig Bellamy, Roque Santa Cruz, Felipe Caicedo, Jo, Carlos Tévez on their books.
