England made it eight wins in eight World Cup qualification games last night and are through to FIFA World Cup 2010 finals in South Africa.

Frank Lampard and Steven Gerrard scored two goals each while Wayne Rooney added another in the 5-1 victory over Croatia.

Arsenal’s Eduardo scored a consolation goal for Croatia.
