Video: Mexico 3 – Jamaica 1 (2015 Gold Cup Final Highlights)

Mexico defeated Jamaica 3-1 at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia on Sunday evening to claim their seventh CONCACAF Gold Cup title.

Andres Guardado, Jesus Corona and Oribe Peralta put El Tri 3-0 up by the 61^st minute to all but seal the title for the regional powerhouse. Vancouver Whitecaps forward Darren Mattocks scored a fine consolation goal for the Reggae Boyz in the 80^th.

The 2015 Gold Cup title sets up playoff meeting with 2014 champions USA on October 9^th at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, CA for a spot in the 2017 FIFA Confederations Cup. T

Jamaica’s run to the title game saw them become the first Caribbean nation to advance to the final.
