Landon Donovan assisted on both of his side’s goals as Everton came from a goal down to defeat Fulham 2-1 in the Fourth Round of the English FA Cup on Friday.
Danny Murphy put Fulham ahead 1-0 from the penalty spot in the 14th before Donovan delivered crosses that were scored on headers from Denis Stracqualursi and Marouane Fellaini in the 27th and 73rd minutes.
In a matched hyped as the meeting of English Premier League-based USA internationals, Donovan, Tim Howard and Clint Dempsey all played the full 90 minutes.
