Video: Universitario de Deportes Umbro 2010 Home and Away Kits / Camisetas

Also referred to as Universitario or La U, it is the most popular and successful football club in Peru.  Since 1928 the club has played in the top-tier of Peruvian football – the First Peruvian Division (Primera División Peruana).

Here’s a look at several U players in the club’s 2010 home and away Umbro kits. The home kits will be used for the first time tonight in Universitario de Deportes’s Tarde Crema (“Cream Afternoon” in English) when they meet Colombia’s Atlético Nacional de Medellín in a friendly match.

This is the one of the first Umbro designs that we’ve seen for the 2010 season. Could it be the basis for the 2010/11 kits for Umbro English Premier League teams such as Blackburn Rovers or  Manchester City kits?
