Newell’s Old Boys 2019 Umbro Away Kit

Popular Rosario-based Superliga Argentina side Newell’s Old Boys today revealed their Umbro 2019 away kit.

Like the club’s new home jersey, it was released using the theme “lo que me enseñó mi viejo” (what my old man taught me) to celebrate the multiple generations of families who have supported the team since its founding in 1905.

The Newell’s Old Boys 2019 away shirt is in the traditional alternative white of the six-time Primera División champions. The club’s primary red and black are present via a prominent chest band on the v-necked kit.

This shirt has the numbered authenticity hologram on the lower left front. A heat stamped graphic reading “Hijos, padres, abuelos y bisabuelos campeones” (Children, parents, grandparents and great-grandparents champions) appears on the right to recognize the Newell’s championships that been have enjoyed by members several generations of families.

The Umbro double diamond is printed on the outside rear neckline with the years of all of Newell’s Old Boys significant championships beneath it.

Newell’s will debut their 2019 Umbro away kit when they host Talleres de Córdoba at the Estadio Marcelo Bielsa on Saturday in Primera action.
