Like the new West Ham away kit, the jersey has a stylish Union Jack motif on its sleeves and inside neckline. It is a nod to team’s new Olympic Park home and their origins as Thames Ironworks FC in 1895.The back neck also has the geographical co-ordinates of the new West Ham stadium. “Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park 2016-2017” is printed below the club crest.
White shorts with a light blue side panel and claret socks with a band of light blue and white complete the new uniform.
