SC Internacional 2013 Nike Away Kit

Currently in fourth place in the Campeonato Brasileiro Série A, Sport Club Internacional (usually referred to as Internacional or Inter) have launched their Nike 2013 away kit.

Along with Inter’s 2013 home kit, it will be available soon in the Subside Sports Brazilian club section.

According to Nike Brasil: Today, on his 24th birthday, Internacional striker Leandro Damião shared a gift with Inter’s fans at the unveiling of the club’s new away kit. Damião welcomed Inter supporters to a store in Porto Alegre, Brasil, where he talked to kids, signed autographs and showed off the away jersey for the upcoming season.

Internacional’s away kit retains its traditional white as a base color. The jersey brings back the classic polo collar and has a red V-neck inset. The club’s first emblem is rendered in white on a black background inside the back of the neck.

The cap of Inter mascot Saci is included in the coat of arms. (Saci is well-known in Brasilian folklore as a symbol of agility and trickery. He wears a magical red cap that enables him to disappear and reappear wherever he wishes—a quality the team aims to emulate against opponents.)

The new away shorts are red, and the socks are red with a white vertical stripe and the club’s initials —SCI —on the back of the calf.
