SC Internacional 2013 Nike Home Kit

As part of their 104th Anniversary gala on Friday night, 2006 and 2010 Copa Libertadores champions Sport Club Internacional (usually called Internacional or Inter) officially launched their Nike 2013 home kit. It will be available soon in the Subside Sports Brazilian club section.

Slated to make its match debut against when the team meets Veranópolis in the Campeonato Gaúcho on Sunday, the Internacional Nike 2013 home kit is an all red affair with a crew neck design.

The shirt’s design is based on the Rio Grande do Sul state flag which has three diagonal bands running across it. The inspiration is seen via three similar bands in different shades of red on the front of the jersey.

The inside rear neck area of the Inter 2013 home kit features a print of the club’s original crest from 1909. The club’s 2013 third kit launched in January has the same design feature.

Inter also unveiled its 2013 Nike goalkeeper kits on Friday night. The Colorado’s (The Red’s) custodians will wear either black and gray or orange uniforms during this season’s campaign.

Three-time Campeonato Brasileiro Série A winners, SC Inter end the 2012 season in tenth place. The club currently features veteran Uruguayan striker Diego Forlán along with highly-rated Brazilian international Leandro Damião.
