adidas “Le 80” Winter Edition – French Ligue 1 2012/13 Official Match Ball

adidas has launched a yellow winter version of “Le 80” (“The 80”) – the 2012/13 French Ligue 1 official match ball. It will replace the standard version of the ball during Ligue 1 matches in the coming months.

Named “Le 80” (“The 80”) in recognition of the league’s 80th Anniversary, the ball features the names and championship years of the nineteen clubs that have won the league title on its panels. It is the latest incarnation of the adidas Tango 12 ball used for the 2011/12 UEFA Champions League Final and EURO 2012.
