Sheffield United Macron 2012/13 Home Kit

Sheffield United was a longtime power in the English Football League Championship and an English Premier League club as recently as 2007. However, the Blades were relegated to League One at the end of season. This year’s campaign marked United’s first appearance in the third tier of English soccer since 1989.

With chance at automatic promotion back to the Championship still in sight with one match left in the season, Sheffield United has launched its Macron 2012/13 home kit. It was worn for the first time by the team during Sunday’s 2-2 draw with Stevenage. Here is a look at the kit featuring the club’s classic red and white stripes with modeling from several current club players.
