UEFA EURO 2012 Play-off Draw

The draw for the UEFA EURO 2012 play-offs took place in Krakow, Poland on Thursday. The four home and away series to be decided on goal aggregate will determine the final four qualifiers for next summer’s sixteen team European championships in Poland and Ukraine.

Including among the draws is Croatia meeting Turkey in rematches of the dramatic EURO 2008 quarter-final that saw goals from each team in the 119th and 120th minutes before the Turks triumphed in an ensuing penalty shootout.

EURO 2012 Playoff Draw

Bosnia and Herzegovina and Portugal will also lock horns again in a repeat of the 2010 FIFA World Cup play-off series in which Cristiano Ronaldo and company emerged as 2-0 winners on aggregate to book at place in South Africa.

The first-leg matches of the EURO 2012 play-offs will take place on November 11th or 12th with return games taking place on November 15th.
