Manchester City and PUMA have officially unveiled the club’s home kit for the 2026/27 season, the shirt the squad will wear across their English Premier League, UEFA Champions League, FA Cup, and EFL Cup campaigns.

The release arrives ahead of what could be the kit’s first public appearance — Sunday’s Premier League closing round fixture against Aston Villa has been floated as a potential debut.

The Manchester City 2026/27 PUMA home jersey is built around a full gradient of sky blue, running darker across the shoulders before gradually lightening toward the hem. The crest and sponsor details are rendered in a metallic monochrome finish, sitting cleanly against the gradient base.

The overall silhouette is contemporary without abandoning the tonal identity the club has maintained across previous PUMA collaborations, and the effect reads as a clear visual step forward rather than a cosmetic refresh.

On the performance side, the Authentic version of the Man City 26/27 home shirt uses PUMA’s ULTRAWEAVE fabric — a precision-woven, ultra-lightweight material developed to allow unrestricted movement during match play. Built into the construction are dryCELL and ThermoAdapt technologies, which work together to manage moisture and regulate body heat throughout the full duration of a match, addressing the physical demands placed on players at the elite level.

The accompanying launch campaign, titled “Not Your Typical City,” features Pep Guardiola, Erling Haaland, and Alex Greenwood in an intentionally offbeat setting — a deliberate contrast to the polished environments typically associated with kit launches.

The campaign’s framing reflects a broader point about the club’s approach: that sustained success hasn’t dulled the drive to keep improving. The concept centers on a side that has normalized winning without treating it as a ceiling.
