FC Barcelona 2022/23 Nike Away Kit

Spanish LaLiga giants FC Barcelona released the Nike away kit that will be worn by their men’s and women’s teams during the 2022/23 season.

The Barça 22/23 alternate jersey is a mainly gold affair that celebrates the thirtieth anniversary of the 1992 Barcelona Olympic Games and the recent successes of FC Barcelona Femení. These include three successive Primera División and Copa de la Reina doubles along with a UEFA Women’s Champions League title.

The Barcelona landmarks of the Eixample, Montjuic and Barceloneta appear on a pattern map on the front and back of the shirt in recognition of the 1992 Olympics.The five colors of the Olympic rings are used for the kit’s sleeve cuffs colors.

FC Barcelona says that the gold color of the jersey “…also symbolizes all the values ​​that go into winning an Olympic gold medal, such as tenacity, ambition, effort and the constant quest for self-improvement, and also how gold medal winning athletes set the standard for others to aspire to.”

FC Barcelona will debut their 2022/23 Nike home and away kits during their pre-season tour of the United States. The resurgent club will meet Inter Miami, Real Madrid, Juventus FC, and New York Red Bulls in July.
