English Premier League champions of the last two seasons Manchester City Football Club have launched a limited edition 125th Anniversary home kit from technical partner PUMA.
The Citizens will wear the classic football shirt-inspired jersey for Sunday’s Community Shield clash with UEFA Champions League winners Liverpool FC at Wembley on Sunday.
The Manchester City 125th Anniversary PUMA home kit in the club’s famous sky blue with a white crewneck and matching sleeve cuffs. It carries a modern City crest with “125 YEARS” embroidered in gold under it.
The sailing ship from the Man City badge is printed on the outside rear neck area along with the year of the club’s founding, 1894.
A copy of Manchester City’s founding document, signed by Joshua Parlby, is stitched on the inside neck. “MANCHESTER CITY SINCE 1894” appears on the neckline taping above the document.
Only 1,894 units of the Manchester City 125th Anniversary PUMA home shirt will be produced. It will be available at World Soccer Shop, UK Soccer Shop, Lovell Soccer, Pro:Direct Soccer, Subside Sports and Kitbag along with the 2019/20 City home, away and third kits.
