The Guyana Football Federation has released an unbranded 2019 home kit that will be worn by their national teams for the rest of the year.
The new shirt made its debut during the Guyana men’s national team’CONCACAF Nations League win over Belize last month.
The jersey is the first new Guyana football shirt since the release of the team’s Admiral 2015/16 kits.
The Guyana 2019 home kit is in the team’s traditional yellow. It is accented in the red country’s national flag at its v-neck and rear waistline. The green of the flag is used for the jersey’s side panels and a print of a jaguar on the left side inspired by the national team’s nickname of “The Golden Jaguars”. The shirt’s sleeve cuffs are red and green.
Featuring a roster that includes a number of England-born players of Guyanese heritage playing in the Football League, Guyana will make their first apperance at the CONCACAF Gold Cup this summer.
