Kappa have launched a two retro kits for oddsmakers English Football League promotion favorites Leeds United Football Club.
Both are based on the designs of the Leeds United home shirts of the late 1970s to early 1980s.
During this period The Whites departed from all white jerseys and introduced sleep taping and collars that included the blue and white of the LUFC crest. Blue and white pinstripes first appeared in the team’s 1981/83 home kit.
Kappa has made the Leeds United 2018/19 retro shirts with classic polo collar and v-neck combinations with front neck inserts. The kits also use an old school Leeds United crest that was used from 1972 to 1973. It is made up of the club’s initials in cursive font.
