River Plate 2016/17 adidas Fourth Kit

Argentine giants Club Atlético River Plate have revealed their fourth adidas match kit for the 2016/17 football calendar.

Officially marketed as the River Plate 16/17 second altenate jersey, the new Los Millonarios (The Millionaires) shirt is mainly black with a sash in the club’s red and white on its front. It is detailed with a red waistband and white adidas branding (including shoulder stripes and a logo).

Like River’s other 2016/17 kits, the v-neck shirt has a stylized graphic reading “El Más Grande” (The Biggest) on its upper outside back area.

Matched with black shorts and socks, the jersey was modeled by first teamers Leonardo Ponzio, Jonatan Maidana, Andrés D’Alessandro, Rodrigo Mora, Lucas Alario and Gonzalo Martínez during its launch event earlier this week.

The River Plate 16/17 adidas home, away and third kits were released during the early part of this year.
