VfB Stuttgart 2016/17 PUMA Away and Third Kits

Relegated from the second division after forty years in the German Bundesliga, VfB Stuttgart unveiled their 2016/17 PUMA away and third kits during their first pre-season training this week.

They join Die Roten’s (The Reds) 16/17 home kit in the team’s new match collection. All three shirts will be on sale at World Soccer Shop, Kitbag, UK Soccer Shop, Lovell Soccer and Subside Sports.

The VfB Stuttgart 2016/17 away kit uses the same PUMA template as the Arsenal FC 2015/16 home jersey. Its main color is a dark shade of red with lighter red used for a band running along its midsection. The shirt is matched with red shorts and socks.

Stuttgart’s 16/17 third kit uses the retro-styled PUMA Pitch design that has been widely used among the firm’s clubs since last summer. The silver and black jersey has classic football shirt v-neck and PUMA’s T7 shoulder striping. The striping is trimmed in red.

German champions as recently as 2007, VfB Stuttgart will be the 2. Bundesliga’s biggest club next season as they look for a quick bounceback to Germany’s top division of soccer.
