Olympique Lyon 2016/17 adidas Home and Away Kits

Olympique Lyonnais unveiled their 2016/17 adidas home and away kits at halftime of Saturday’s French Ligue 1 win over GFC Ajaccio. Both will be available at World Soccer Shop, Subside Sports, UK Soccer Shop, Lovell Soccer and Kitbag.

Les Gones (The Kids) will wear their 16/17 home kit for the first time against AS Monaco on May 7 as they look to secure second place in Ligue 1 for the current season. The away shirt will make its debut in OL’s final match of their 2015/16 campaign at Stade Reims on May 14.

The Olympique Lyon 2016/17 adidas home kit maintains the club’s tradition of white primary shirts.  Single red and blue stripes for a vertical band that runs along the front center of the jersey to a classic football kit v-neck / polo collar combination.

Blue adidas stripes run down the flanks. Blue and gold detail the shirt’s sleeve cuffs and back collar areas.

Olympique Lyonnais’ new away kit is predominantly blue. A series of hoops run along its front in two shades of the collar. adidas’ shoulder stripes and logo are white on the shirt along with the Hyndai logo on its front.

The sleeve cuffs and rear collar insert of the jersey are in French national colors in an ode to France hosting EURO 2016 this summer. Lyon’s Satde de Lyon will host six matches of the tournament.
