Newcastle Jets Unveil 2015/16 Royal Australian Air Force Kit

Published on

Newcastle Jets Football Club have launched their fourth kit of the 2015/16 Hyundai A-League season in the form of a special edition Royal Australian Air Force jersey.

Provided by official Jets outfitter BLK, the shirt acknowledges the incredible contribution that the Air Force makes within the Hunter Valley community and is intended to strengthen the club’s ties to RAAF (Royal Australian Air Force) Base Williamtown. It will be worn by the former A-League champions when they host Brisbane Roar at Hunter Stadium on November 28, 2015.

The Newcastle Jets 2015/16 RAAF jersey uses the same modern v-neck design as their current home, away and third kits. It features a sky blue base with an image of four RAAF jersey flying through the clouds on its front. Darker shades of blue are used for the collar, sleeve cuffs and BLK logo background. The back of the shirt has an image of clouds with “JETS” written on its signoff area.
