Samoa 2015 Rugby World Cup BLK Home and Away Jerseys

The Samoa national rugby union team kick off their Rugby World Cup 2015 run against the USA next Sunday in Brighton, England. Here is a look at the home and away jerseys that Manu Samoa will wear at this year’s rugby union world championship.

The are provided by BLK Sport (formerly KooGa Australia) and are now on sale at World Rugby Shop, Kitbag Rugby and Lovell Rugby.

According to BLK: The Samoan 2015 RWC home jersey is as striking as it is subtle with its gradient tones and intricate artwork. Using the traditional Royal blue base, the jersey is highlighted by traditional Samoan artwork which has been strategically placed and mapped to the front and back torso.

The sleeves feature a separate and distinct motif with finer and more detailed line work. The jersey is finished with striking red accents drawing inspiration from the Samoan national flag with a white contrasting sleeve trim.

The Samoa Rugby World Cup alternate jersey maintains the same brilliant Torso design and detail of the home jersey which has been applied in different colour-ways to compliment the white base. The design elements on front and back torso revert to a solid yet tonal colourway, lifting the design off the white background.

The sleeve design maintains its gradient blue colour, creating a striking contrast to the home kit. Additional detailed Samoan line work flows through to the shoulder panels on the front and back to emphasis the upper Torso and creating a bold and striking effect. The jersey is finished withroyal and white accents to tie back to home jersey.
