River Plate 2015/16 adidas Third Kit

South American giants Club Atlético River Plate have revealed their third (or alternate) kit for the remainder of their 2015/16 Primera División and Copa Libertadores seasons.

Known for featuring greats such as Alfredo Di Stéfano, Enzo Francescoli and Hernán Crespo throughout their storied 113 year history, the club nicknamed “Los Millonarios” (The Millionaires) will wear a black and red 15/16 alternate jersey over the next year. The upper portion of the v-neck shirt is black while the lower part of it is red. A dark red sash separates the two sections. The adidas shoulder stripes on the kit are red while the adidas chest logo and sponsor logos are all in white.

The River Plate 15/16 adidas third jersey joins the team’s current home and away kits in their current match range. It is slated for a debut when River meets Tigre in Primera action this coming Sunday.
