Palmeiras 1980s adidas Originals Retro Jersey

adidas has released the sixth 2014/15 shirt for Brasileiro Série A club Palmeiras. The new jersey is an adidas Originals retro home kit inspired by the home shirts worn by Verdão (Big Green) during the 1980s.

In Palmeiras’ famous green, the retro kit uses a low v-neck that was common in football jerseys of the late 1970s and 1980s. The finish material used also has the appearance of old school shirts because of its shiny polyester finish.The adidas Originals logo is printed on the chest and the number nine on the back of the kit.

A blue, claret and white eighties feel goalkeeper top has also be launched along with the outfield player jersey.

Palmeiras’ other 2014/15 kits are their home, away, third, centenary and retro shirts.
