Cardiff City Football Club will wear kits from the team’s Cosway Sports upon their return to the English Football League Championship for the 2014/15 season.
Managed by former Manchester United striker Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, The Bluebirds will look for a quick return to the Premier League after suffering relegation at the end of last season.
The Cardiff City 2014/15 Cosway home and away shirts are in red and blue respectively. The team had used blue as its primary color until an unpopular switch to red was made by owner Vincent Tan in 2013.
The new strips are modeled in their launch pictures by players Peter Whittingham, Declan John and new signing Federico Macheda. The away kit was worn in Cardiff’s first pre-season match of the summer on Monday evening – a 3-0 win over Carmarthen Town of the Welsh Premier League.
