Puebla FC 70th Anniversary Pirma Jersey

Featuring USA internationals Michael Orozco Fiscal and DaMarcus Beasley, Club de Fútbol Puebla are currently in eleventh place in the Liga MX Apertura 2013 table.

The 1982/83 and 1989/90 Mexican Primera División champions will mark their 70th Anniversary in 2014. To commemorate the milestone, Puebla have released a special edition kit from technical sponsor Pirma that will be used as the club’s third jersey for this and the Clausura 2014 seasons.

The new shirt is in Puebla FC’s traditional white with a blue sash on its front. The sash is comprised of the names of several hundred of the club’s fans who applied to be on the kit. The jersey also features a specially designed 70th Anniversary badge. It was worn in match action for the first time on Saturday in a 3-1 loss to Liga MX leaders Club América at the Estadio Azteca.
